The hotel offers new and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and very reasonable prices at the bar, conveniently close to Hamburg airport. Despite the occasional issue of rooms getting cold even with the heater on, it's a great choice for a stay.

I found the rooms to be very new and comfortable, and the staff was indeed friendly. The prices at the bar were also quite reasonable.

The staff went above and beyond by helping me get a taxi to the airport when I overslept. They were always attentive to the customers, making the service more than accommodating.
